Build the person behind the player

Esports plus real-world skills for kids. They earn game time by mastering emotional control, health, money, AI and cybersecurity.

Your kid already lives in games. Who's watching the door?

Games, apps and school portals all hold a piece of your kid. Most parents can't say who holds their child's school data, or how long it's kept.

SoulFood Sushi meets kids where they already play, then builds the person behind the player, with parents in the loop and the family in charge of the data.

Build it. Protect it. Own it.

Build it

Kids build real projects and a portfolio. Lessons, quizzes and proof of mastery live in our Moodle learning platform, which we're setting up now. Missions, XP and rank live in Soulfood HQ, the game layer we're building. MAKI, the student helper, gives hints, never final homework answers.

Protect it

  • Parents sign up and consent first.
  • Parents see only their child. Coaches see only their cohort.
  • No homework uploads, grades or student IDs collected by default.
  • Two adults in every chat. An adult never messages a kid one on one.
  • We're building a locked room for every kid's AI helper, so one kid's agent can't see another kid's data.

Own it

What kids make is theirs, and they learn to guard it: protecting accounts, spotting scams, two-factor login. Parents get a weekly Life Audit through MAC, with patterns and strengths, not surveillance. No loot boxes, no gambling, no pay-to-win. People, not AI, make the big calls.

Oakland Family Hackathon
